Step inside the House of Innoventions, located in INNOVENTIONS at Epcot® at the Walt Disney World® Resort.
Filled with the latest gadgets and gizmos, this high-tech home doesn’t just dream what the future will look like, it brings it to life. INNOVENTIONS is filled with interactive spaces, innovative experiences and kid-friendly labs that offer a hands-on look at the latest technology.
And Kohler is proud to be featured throughout. In the kitchen, the articulating Karbon faucet bends and twists, letting you direct the water where you need it.
At the stove, a pot filler faucet allows you to fill up right at your cooking station—no more lugging heavy water-filled pots from the sink to the stove. And when your meal is boiling quicker than expected, a flip of the handle adds extra water right where you need it.
In the bathroom, Kohler’s DTV shower system controls bodysprays from all directions. Set your temperature, time your shower, and adjust each spray, all at the touch of a button. Digital showering is officially here.
And finally, the House of Innoventions would not be complete without the most advanced toilet Kohler has ever created: The Numi. A touch-screen remote allows you to control every feature of this high-tech toilet, from bidet functionality, a heated seat, music and lights to the built-in foot warmer and automatic seat.
The House of Innoventions offers a glimpse into cutting edge technology. It imagines a house from the future, but delivers a home that’s entirely possible today. From new state-of-the-art instruments and video game systems to advanced sustainable technologies, Disney has once again captured our imagination and turned it into something truly awe-inspiring.

Kohler could be an innovation leader by acknowledging how the world will actually look in the near future, and producing products and using their status to direct consumers on how to cope with the new challenges.
Access to clean potable water is unavailable to billions of people around the globe and yet you manufacture multi-outlet shower systems that waste this life giving resource. How about the energy required to heat the water, and the toilet seat and floor infront of it? Solar powered? I doubt it. All this and retro ’50s design at the Disney Epcot resort,
How appropriate!
Well said! I agree. Let’s get PRACTICAL, for the highest good of all!
Life is not just about having more and “better than the Jones’” things…and making more $$$$$$! It’s about caring and taking care of all our natural resources, not the least of which being fellow humans!
Hi H.M. Sullivan and Patricia, thank you for your comments. You bring up some great points, many of which are very important to Kohler. While we strive to make innovative and stylish products, we also strive to promote and educate consumers about water conservation. We’ve received an EPA WaterSense award four years in a row and have also been running our own initiative to promote water conservation, Save Water America, for several years. We also work closely with Habitat for Humanity, supplying water-saving products to new homes built through their program.
Kohler certainly agrees that water is a critical issue. We make a variety of products that offer consumers choices while encouraging them to use our water-efficient models. We strongly believe that saving water is important, and we do what we can as a business to carry out sustainable practices, with a plan to be net zero by 2035. But as a company we also have an obligation to our customers to drive innovation, and the Numi is one example of a product on the leading edge of design and technology, while also being the most water-efficient toilet in the Kohler offering.
I hope this offers a glimpse into our mission. Let us know if you have any questions or would like to learn more.

All very impressive, but not as practical as a Roman bathtub faucet (for a large bathtub in a master bath) with the same capabilities as (but more water pressure than) a kitchen faucet with detachable sprayer (all-in-one)!
Why on earth hasn’t someone come up with this simple answer to rinsing off a lady’s bubble bath (in the tub, rather than having to slip over to the shower!), or for bathing the family dog(s) in the tub, and then cleaning out the tub after all the above?
There are many single-hole Roman tub faucets, yet NONE with an extending sprayer from the same faucet having the water pressure needed in a tub!
Sincerely,
Patti Bauer Collins
